Do you have a retail outlet ?
We are an internet based business so all goods need to be ordered via our website.
How do we contact you ?
Please contact us by e-mail at: sales@baseballandsoftball.co.uk We reply to all e-mails as quickly as possible. This can be up to 24 hours in peak times.
Do I need an Account before I buy ?
No. If you do sign up for an account it will save you having to put input your details next time. You will need to enter your credit card details as we do not keep those on file.
What payment methods can I use?
We take all major credit and debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Electron, Switch/Maestro and American Express. You can also pay by Invoice (please note we require payment before despatch)

Special orders may take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. Most special orders are clearly indicated on the details of the product information. Special orders are not eligible for refund/exchange.
