KR3 has vast experience in grading and purchasing high quality wood, turning and finishing bats using ancient hardening processes, and in ultimately making products that out-perform at the highest professional level.
Every year KR3 make available a limited supply of the hardest, most indestructible wood composite bat we can manufacture. The design offers the same high density core as our Maple Magnum, but this core is wrapped in 4 outer layers of Hard Northern Hickory which offers a combination of strength, stiffness, hardness, elasticity and shock resistance not found in any other wood. This bat is further strengthened with fibreglass biaxial sleeving applied with rock resin epoxy. There is no harder wood composite than KR3's Hickory Magnum.
The C271 Hickory Magnum comes with a 6 month warranty and its slender barrel combined with a thick handle make it a great bat for both power and contact hitters.

Index/Rotate the bat 1/4 turn after every hit. All KR3 Wood Composites are designed to be indexed to increases durability and performance by evenly distributing the impact on the bat. Failure to do so may result in voiding the warranty.
